    Experience that I never forgot
    The good thingsI love to enjoy working there because I met a lot of good people and learn new experience as a systems support specialist. Previously I was a programmer and I was not dealing with people a lot.
    The challengesMy services been terminated after working 5 months in the company. Training on the system should be given to me instead of blaming me not learning.There are no brief about the tasks when I joined there and they did not divided it equally Because lack of team work spirit and also the colleagues are selfish making my life harder when working there.

    The good thingsA local company based company with no financial difficulties as salary is always early especially during festive seasons. Relatively small IT division that gives everyone an opportunity to pick up skills that we would want to learn.
    The challengesDue to the business nature of the company, the growth is rather slow and almost stagnant. Almost all the employees whom worked there will think of retiring on this job or wait for the concession agreement to cease. With such mentally, everyone just punch in and punch out like machines to work only.
