The challengesNo system and clueless direction from clueless mid management. everything is not properly manage and very Chinaman working style despite JV... lots of stress due to directionless and when ask for guidance, they challenging on individual instead of helping. they expect you to be super expert immediately once join in to work.. their plan to diversify other new products due to high red ocean competitive environment and sunset business. Be careful when you join this company and trust no one, as they cooking something behind. Nowonder there Is high turnover and 50% is new employee in company...Nothing can be done, until Helm is fully take over then hopefully they can revamp the mgt and inlace proper system.
