    The good thingsFriendly HR staff. They celebrate event for all races. We went for a very nice Christmas party. Manage to see Viktor Axelsen in company event.
    The challengesFlexi working hour will help staff avoid traffic jam. Better hotel and transport allowance.

    The good thingsEmployer gave tasks for employees to perform work independently
    The challengesNo system and clueless direction from clueless mid management. everything is not properly manage and very Chinaman working style despite JV... lots of stress due to directionless and when ask for guidance, they challenging on individual instead of helping. they expect you to be super expert immediately once join in to work.. their plan to diversify other new products due to high red ocean competitive environment and sunset business. Be careful when you join this company and trust no one, as they cooking something behind. Nowonder there Is high turnover and 50% is new employee in company...Nothing can be done, until Helm is fully take over then hopefully they can revamp the mgt and inlace proper system.

    Able to explore more and multitask, but low salary and no bonus
    The good thingsExplore a lot of knowledge and working on different discipline, friendly staff.
    The challengesNo increment and no bonus at all after JV with HELM. More and more workload and different instructions from management making people confused and stressful. No willing to invest in latest technology and improve facilities. Repeat again: NO BONUS AND INCREMENT!
