    The good thingsFriendly HR staff. They celebrate event for all races. We went for a very nice Christmas party. Manage to see Viktor Axelsen in company event.
    The challengesFlexi working hour will help staff avoid traffic jam. Better hotel and transport allowance.

    The good thingsFriendly staff and management. Nice office environment. We are given chance to try new things all the time. When we fail, we are motivate to keep moving to find a right way. Enjoy teambuilding event.

    The good thingsfree unhealthy snack keep you fill, which bad for health. good colleagues for support
    The challengeslack focus and keep on changing plan... no bonus no increment if u plan to join this small company.. even the joint venture have different mind set mgt... everyday zoom in call for reporting work..traditional mind set

    Cluelessness Chinaman Management style and high turn over rate
    The good thingsEmployer gave tasks for employees to perform work independently
    The challengesNo system and clueless direction from clueless mid management. everything is not properly manage and very Chinaman working style despite JV... lots of stress due to directionless and when ask for guidance, they challenging on individual instead of helping. they expect you to be super expert immediately once join in to work.. their plan to diversify other new products due to high red ocean competitive environment and sunset business. Be careful when you join this company and trust no one, as they cooking something behind. Nowonder there Is high turnover and 50% is new employee in company...Nothing can be done, until Helm is fully take over then hopefully they can revamp the mgt and inlace proper system.

    Exciting role in a dynamic working environment
    The good thingsOpen door policy and top Management valued good proposals.
    The challengesStressed in the beginning due to minimal headcount in the team but supporting for both Malaysia and Singapore. Things get improved when the team expanded. Heavy recruitment activities due to rapid business expansion and new headcounts required. Also heavy and focused in training and development programs for employees.

    A Growing Company with lot of opportunities
    The good thingsManagement are working hard to improve the company. Non stop initiatives to grow. Willingness to try new idea. The whole team working hard to ensure we are safe from Covid, physically and economically. Good Bonus and Increment even during Covid.
    The challengesStill growing and have to try a lot of new ideas / business to cope. Many trial and errors to get it right. Everyone have to contribute to make it work.
