Transparent & open communication - you either love it or hate it
The good thingsI and my colleagues all enjoy working in this company. This company has a very unique culture to itself. If you love it, you will love it - open communication, transparent, no covering up mistakes. This is my kind of company, free of politics. I am glad to work here with my lovely team. Unfortunately, this culture not accepted by some...
The challengesI strongly believe all who work in this company are one happy family, and when I saw those 1-star ratings... I know those are the people didn't meet the standard and couldn't stay on with the company and are here to "revenge". I pity the company for such ratings. Truly don't deserve it! My two cents here

Very unique company... Truly care for the staff
The good thingsI first time working in a company where my boss care not only my career but also gave me very valuable advice.. Not only work advice but how to handle my relationship in life... I really thank them a lot.
The challengesYes means yes, no means no, have to be open. can't pretend, if not you can't fit the environment. Some colleagues left because of this culture is open and scared if do wrong things no one cover for them. THis culture really for people who only want to achieve

The good thingsNice team, very friendly and can have fun together when working. Most important is no politics and boss is fair to treat everyone
The challengesIndustrial area and not convenient for me as I can't drive. I hope MRT done soon then I can take MRT and walk here...

Good for fresh graduate but limited growth

Holiday and AL is much better than market

"Open Communication" doesn't really mean "OPEN COMMUNICATION"
