    Transparent & open communication - you either love it or hate it
    The good thingsI and my colleagues all enjoy working in this company. This company has a very unique culture to itself. If you love it, you will love it - open communication, transparent, no covering up mistakes. This is my kind of company, free of politics. I am glad to work here with my lovely team. Unfortunately, this culture not accepted by some...
    The challengesI strongly believe all who work in this company are one happy family, and when I saw those 1-star ratings... I know those are the people didn't meet the standard and couldn't stay on with the company and are here to "revenge". I pity the company for such ratings. Truly don't deserve it! My two cents here

    The good thingscompany good benefits, every month early and punctual pay, good manager and top management willing to listen feedback. Culture is open and sincere. Can always work together with everyone as team and support each other
    The challengesHigh standard, high requirement, but high reward when see result. Those who cannot fit to the standard after training or slack on the job will be out of the team, no joke.

    Always improve and move forward, fast pace
    The good thingsThis company very good thing is when find out mistakes, team and boss will understand why and improve together. Sometimes mistake is not because of people but process not perfect. I like the open communication. Say what means what and no guessing
    The challengesThe bad thing is some of my very good colleagues can't stand the pace and will leave, change a bit fast, so when change teammates again have to retrain them..

    The challengesYes means yes, no means no, have to be open. can't pretend, if not you can't fit the environment. Some colleagues left because of this culture is open and scared if do wrong things no one cover for them. THis culture really for people who only want to achieve

In Special Steel, we encourage open communication and appreciate honest feedback, but have zero tolerance towards accusations and frivolous complaints. Open communication is to the workplace what free speech is to the democracy. Even in the freest of nations, free speech is bridled by laws around libel, slander, obscenity, and hate speech. Workplace communication has parallels with each of these violations. Therefore, we always stress the importance of adopting our core value 'Mutual Trust and Respect' to guide us in our behaviours at work. We will work harder to consistently trumpet the value of “open and honest” workplace communication. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

    Extremely high demand and Never appreciate your works
    The good things1. You will “force” to improve time to time, if your working not follow their step, you’re out, without reason. 2. They will treated you as an employee who came from year 2100, a high technology robot country. They’re high technology company and engaged with many systems, you’ve to learn all system concurrently.
    The challenges1. They always show “empty” help to staff, although you’ve voiced out but at the end nothing happen, you die is your business 2. Never appreciate workers, their slogan “if you feel stress, the door is there” 3. Have a very strong core values. This core values were helpful at the beginning, but when management come into crazy stage, core values no longer working, and become workers to protect themselves, start fighting silently. 4. Always mentioned work life balance, but they required 300x working result from your pay

We don't only give the credit when it is due and reward accordingly based on the employees' performance, but also give constructive to help identify solutions to areas of weakness they may have. Proudly, we are delighted with the massive improvement of some of our employees who have grown tremendously throughout the journey and transformed to be very competent individuals. This keeps us moving forward passionately, and we are sorry to see you leave. We take the point 2 under 'the good things' as a compliment (although we sensed a little sarcasm), as we have been ensuring that our company's IT infrastructure and systems consistently adhere to the latest technology standards in order to stay competitive in the current market.     TERRIBLE, none systematic, messy and political Management
    The good thingsMiscommunication across each other departments still happens and they keep saying they practice open communication actually it is politics. Everything is a mess.
    The challengesHeavy Work loads, politics, process flow amongst departments can be different. Stressful environment because of none systematic management.

    The good thingsLike working with the team because everyone's opinion is valued. My manager always encourages us to practise open communication. No guessing game. If you don't like, tell upfront, if you like keep enjoying your work.. No backdoor and no talking at the back of others
