The good thingsGood work and life balance. Managements are easy to approach. They do provide hostels for outstation employees with utilities bills covered. Friendly staffs. Good location with no jams with your living nearby.
The challengesThe bonuses and increments are getting thinner and thinner. Although the road to site are improving, but its still quite bad. Lack of more professional management system.

The good thingsThe culture where all the management are easy to talk to. Where they would like to share with. working environment are free and ease.
The challengesless systematic compare to MNC. Space of improvement in salary. Less benefit, only personal insurance. Road to enter premises is bad, no covered road, it will be muddy if raining.

The good thingsFree instant noodle to eat 3 times a day if you want to go bald quickly!
The challenges1. Departmentalize job scope instead of one department handle everything. 2. Salary increment should be based on individual performance appraisal instead of standardize increment for everyone. 3. Meeting should focus on problem solving and agenda instead of blaming others and pointless talking.
