    Established in 1998, Spices & Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd is a manufacturer of premium quality instant noodles, mayonnaise, salad dressing, chilli sauce, blended seasoning-powder, seasoning-oil, soups, sauces, gravies, stocks and pastes products, serving the retail market, food service and industrial players. Our in-house brands include IBUMIE range of instant noodles, TELLY range of mayonnaise and salad dressing, and LINGHAM’s chilli sauce. The Company operates two factories in Semenyih, Selangor and Sibu, Sarawak. Our products are sold locally and exported to North America, Europe, Middle East, Greater China and Asia Oceania.

    The good thingsGood work and life balance. Managements are easy to approach. They do provide hostels for outstation employees with utilities bills covered. Friendly staffs. Good location with no jams with your living nearby.
    The challengesThe bonuses and increments are getting thinner and thinner. Although the road to site are improving, but its still quite bad. Lack of more professional management system.

    The good thingsThe culture where all the management are easy to talk to. Where they would like to share with. working environment are free and ease.
    The challengesless systematic compare to MNC. Space of improvement in salary. Less benefit, only personal insurance. Road to enter premises is bad, no covered road, it will be muddy if raining.
