    The good thingsHigh flexibility in terms of the working hours i.e. work late, come in later. Great working environment, encourage you to speak out, high chance to be promoted (of course if you work hard!)
    The challengesSince we are working with international sites, it is hard to get 1 common time to do meeting. Either you have to stay up late or wake up early.

    The good thingsI had a great time working in this company. This place is good to learn in and out of the aerospace industry. Work-life balance is there and they really value clear communication. Everyone is open to feedback and criticism.

    The good thingsSpirit Aero has a great environment that also influence the to be technician to work efficiently. Thus, it also has a course to produce more specialist in aviation manufacturing. thus as trainee i was expose to many variety of work by each department that has it responsibilities to be done with.
    The challengesthe challenge is that you must be able to work with heavy machinery and has the skill to operate the machinery. Plus, you working with value material that always had taken with lot of care and accuracy.
