    A fly experience
    The good thingsIt's a great experience to work in company like Spirit Aerosystem. Since it's a Europe based company and I get to experience working with different people and directly communicate with people from Airbus and Boeing. The working environment is comfortable.
    The challengesSince you are working with people from other country with the time difference will be difficult for you. Unable to get the document that you required on time or you have to stay and work outside your working hours.
