Small agency and if you are a fresh grad / willing to learn this is the place for you!
The good thingsThe pros, Culture wise people are very friendly. A very flexible team, you basically learn everything by yourself. You'll learn to be productive, independent and be very resourceful. The office is situated in a great location. There are also potential opportunities to work with colleagues from Singapore, Vietnam & perhaps Shangai.
The challengesThe cons, management and leadership is missing in the agency. With lots of projects going on, a systematic approach and strong leadership are required to get the team moving. It's a place for fresh grad and experienced individuals. But if you're mid-level craving for a lead to sharpen your skills, unfortunately, this is not the place.
