    So far all the workers here are comfortable to communicate, work together eventhough there's a lot of discussion to go through for good planning. All HODs have good experience to share their perspectives during work. Plus, bonus and increment were great!
    The good thingsEnvironment is good, calm and fresh eventhough the road was bad and quite challenging. All peoples here was friendly and have good relationship to each other. Bonus and increment were great too. A lot of new knowledge can get here to know more details on how mineral water processes.
    The challengesChallenging road condition, no outside food vendors and less exciting celebration events.
