The company's willingness to challenge new things is what made me choose it, and it's also why I had the opportunity to join and start my new challenge. I am also grateful for the company's high level of acceptance. The good thingsThere is plenty of room to learn here, as the chief of the company’s are open to new ideas and technologies, and they aren’t afraid to try new things, which won't let you feel bored on keep doing rotate jobs. Unlike some traditional companies that play it safe and miss out on growth, this company embraces change. The way of the leading by the current chief truly makes me believe that this company can continue to grow moving forward. The work environment will challenge you in many areas, especially in dealing with people, and they are generous in helping employees grow, with many talented people around. However, being good at completing tasks doesn’t always mean someone will be a great leader, and leadership development might need more effort and focus. This company is definitely a great place for those who seek challenges, skill development, and self-improvement.
The challengesBelow are just my two cents' worth of comments.
To thrive and grow in this company, you must be highly self-reliant and knowledgeable. As an officer or executive, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. However, it’s very likely that you won’t receive proper guidance or training. Even basic skills may not be provided through the right channels, and most of the time, you’ll need to figure things out on your own.
The leaders here should concentrate on analyzing data to do decision making, but most of the time, they will place the responsibility for decision-making on you. Incase If something goes wrong, the accountability falls on you, not them. Rather than work together with you to analyze the issue and find a solution, they will quickly place the responsibility on you.
