    A good start for fresh graduates
    The good thingsthis company depends on projects, if there is new project coming in then there will be new staff, if there are not or the period of project is ending then its the time to move on starts new career(even the bosses) somewhere ahead. However, it is a good valuable experience for fresh starters to work in telecommunication industry as it was one of the vendor for Telekom Malaysia.
    The challengesThe challenges was there was no bonus, no increment, no permanent position so this company was worth only on the work experience in handling telecommunication jobs. Its easy to get fired while in here so needs to be very diplomatically driven.
