    Warning letter is normal
    The good thingsBasic salary high compare other telesales. sometimes get big commision (500 -1500) some not (100 - 500), depend on campaign. All mistakes lead u to warning letter (not dismiss). Sounds bad but actually it is opportunity to train yourself procedure and discipline. Good environment, system is stable, good colleagues, friendly manager. Not stress at all. Work at fixed time.
