    Such a challenging work life balance
    The good thingsaverage salary, variety of things can learn and friendly staff
    The challenges- always happen less allowance claim which lower than your record counting - long working hours which Sunday need to rotate duty roster, some more have to wait until 3 months only valid for your replacement leave and hard to get approve during apply leave

    The good thingsYou will gain experiences oh highrise construction which is quite demanding currently. Nice officemate. Bonus amount quite good.
    The challengesThey do not appreciate their employees, always threaten to get lost and hold your salary/bonus if something do not achieve their desire even in small matter. Some sites are good, some are worst depends on top management. No work balance!

    Hign Bonus But Higher Pressure By Higher Management
    The good thingsGood Bonus, Nice Officemate. If working at site can get experience in high rise building because all on going project are highrise project.
    The challengesHigh pressure. Progress need to be fast and always get pushed by higher management. Want to complete fast but resources are limited. Bonus are depending on performance and PM appraisal. If PM dont like you then no bonus. Sometimes Bonus are late around 2 or 3 month. KPI appraisal every 3 month.

    The good thingsNothing enjoy. Because interview time promise everything,when working nothing got. Bos not professional with staff never respect when staff resignation.
    The challengesAlways push the staff do work very fast n very detail,but when pay the salary always late,also elaun, and over time.
