What’s it like working at Sri Binaraya Sdn Bhd?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Sri Binaraya value the learning opportunities available, particularly the exposure to high-rise construction projects. The team environment is seen as a strength, with friendly and cooperative colleagues. Bonuses and incentives are highlighted positively, with good performance bonuses on offer. Some reviewers praised the management as understanding and open to discussion.

However, a key challenge appears to be the high workload, with fast-paced projects and pressure to meet tight deadlines. This seems to impact work-life balance, with long hours and Sunday duties required. While some felt management was good, others believed management could be improved, citing issues like frequently changing priorities. There were also concerns from some employees that compensation was not commensurate with workload, with problems like late payments and issues with allowances.
