The good thingsBenefits is better than other company.
The challengesManager manage schedule very bad. Everyday ot till very late and come very early due to they rushing us to complete 1 machine after complete just tell us delay and not going to ship. Dont recognise self problem.

The good thingsPeaceful environment plus quick & easy to deal with colleagues. Benefits are gradually improve and overall quite good as a local company. Quarter leisure reward is provided to strengthen the bonding among department. Can see management do consider and make a slight changes as according to employee feedbacks.
High OT allowance provided if requested to perform OT.
The challengesNeed to improve and keep track on the latest technology/knowledge in order to compete in the market.

Great place to kickstart your career but with terrible management
The good thingsIf you are fresh graduates looking/finding new jobs or internships, then this is one of the place as attractive salaries with high OT rates and bonuses.
The challengesAlways urgent projects with unreasonable lead times, working without logic thinking is OK as long you are the person that the management likes, whatever you say are all acceptable. No work life balances, need to OT everyday (no OT means no productivity, more OT means high performances). Heavy politic, CCTVs everywhere (like casino), no privacy, everyday monitoring from start until finish working. Work always keep shuffling, makes confusion. Year end review/future career development is based on management, if you are the management likes, you will get faster increment and higher positions (not based by working performances). Some department don't even have increment, only applied to the higher turnover department. Communications problems among other departments.

The challengesNot much work life balance because need to to high OT. Work credits always taken by mangers or seniors. No communication from other departments, only when complaint or issue come only communicate.

The good thingsSalary always pay in-time. Good work space provided. Got promotion fast if you work as order only.
The challengesAfter change manager, all the works keep changing , make the work become more stressing and confuse. Also become politic with other ppl. No privacy, keep checking where are you.

The challengesNeed to work long hours ot only can consider hardworking. Go home on time is consider not hardworking and year end review will not good. Some management dont know how to manage and only give good review to favorite staff only.

The good thingsOverall it's a great and peaceful working environment, it's a good place to furnish your skills.
Existing colleague are will to teach and share the knowledge.
Quite high discipline with high productivity.
Besides, the offer salary is above average and attractive benefits is given and great amount of bonus provided which is as par with MNC.
High OT allowance was provided if was request to perform OT.
The challengesLimitation of personal phone usage as to promote high productivity.
Political issue in specific department.

Clean and comfortable working place but it too much politic and not reasonable working life
The good thingsNice working place and clean, is good for fresh graduates to get the working experience, attractive bonus and attractive salary
The challengesHowever, after changing the management at few year ago , all the works keep changes , make the working become more stressing and confusion. It also become too politic, no any privacy, keep checking daily movements and action. There is always treat the employees unfairly no matter in the daily working and also the review for yearly bonus and increment.

Friendly Working Environment, good and patience supervision.
Some personal views after working for more than a year, I starts noticing improvements in my life as a mechanical design engineer with the guidance given by the supervisor. Also, I realise the importance of tracking my progress and time management.
The challengesNeed to work under pressure and multitasking.
No handphone is allowed during working hours, it's hard if there is any family urgency.

HR dept make work life balance, No OT needed.
