The challengesAlways urgent projects with unreasonable lead times, working without logic thinking is OK as long you are the person that the management likes, whatever you say are all acceptable. No work life balances, need to OT everyday (no OT means no productivity, more OT means high performances). Heavy politic, CCTVs everywhere (like casino), no privacy, everyday monitoring from start until finish working. Work always keep shuffling, makes confusion. Year end review/future career development is based on management, if you are the management likes, you will get faster increment and higher positions (not based by working performances). Some department don't even have increment, only applied to the higher turnover department. Communications problems among other departments.
