    The good thingsold timers staff welfare and benefit are well taken care but not those who joined these few years
    The challengesToxic environment, managers not having the knowledge, manager heavily depend on the teams and pinpoint fault when facing issue. No teamwork. Push responsibilities culture is strong in the company
