The challengesDue to modern social media [especially tiktok], most customers will want the drinks shown on the app. Reluctantly not wanting to explore other drinks available for them to try or craft their own favourite drinks. (Sometimes, they don't know what they're ordering or requesting. For example, wanted caramel machiatto without espresso shot... please?)
Also sometimes, you will face quite challenging co partners to work with. Most of them are professionals and able to work in team positively manner. Some may be too pushy or too focused chasing sale goals to the point ignoring or not respecting co-partners' availability.
