    The good thingsA willingness to learn is important too and people learn the most when they're teaching or helping someone else to improve their skills.
    The challengesDealing with multi characters of customers. Although it is quite challenging to deal with it, by realizing that learning to deal with rude people will help to make us more understanding customer and even a better person in the long run.

    The good thingsThe store manager managed to create the positive vibes between partners and always makes us feel apart from the company, like a family.
    The challengesA barista in Starbucks too have to take charge of the cash drawer and serve the customer. Therefore, a partner should always show up to work with positive energy.
