Good people but terrible workplace practicesThe good thingsNot much apart from experience and helpful trainers and senior agents within the floor. Work during training period is alright, but after training things different. Good for speaking and softskills development other than that not much good stuff to say.
The challengesManagement is slow when they made last minute changes within the schedules, and contact us last minute after our shift has started. Work/schedule related intranet is not accessible outside office
Office equipment/software is unreliable
Have to payback time for toilet breaks
