    Fun place to work for young people
    The good thingsFun place to work in and the people are really nicee! I got to make friends with people from different places and it's just fun. the office is pretty nice for young people like me as well with the gaming room and all. oh and it is near the public transport which is like a plus for me!
    The challengesLots to learn so if you dont know how to manage your time it might be overwhelming but overall it is ok.

    Bad. Management bad. Always have pc issue. Really hard to ask help from TL. Nonsense rule. nonsense management. Lack of information especially regarding any promotion. their apps is the worst. Need to make a payback for going to toilet. If you want to learn new things and get new experience, here is not the place. You will learn something but more for you to survive only. Nonsense QA requirements.
    The good thingsMet good friends and some senior are actually really helpful. Sometimes there are customers that really appreciate your help and make your day.
    The challengesI cannot emphasize enough how bad is the management is. There's no really any benefit that you can enjoy if you're a contract staff only.

    Good people but terrible workplace practices
    The good thingsNot much apart from experience and helpful trainers and senior agents within the floor. Work during training period is alright, but after training things different. Good for speaking and softskills development other than that not much good stuff to say.
    The challengesManagement is slow when they made last minute changes within the schedules, and contact us last minute after our shift has started. Work/schedule related intranet is not accessible outside office Office equipment/software is unreliable Have to payback time for toilet breaks

    The good thingsThe job does provide opportunity to improve your attentiveness as you have to listen and understands caller's inquiry Have to be able to handle different types of inquiries and people with different emotions and accents during calls
    The challengesWork practices is terrible where you have to payback for time u spent in between bathroom breaks Salary declaration isn't clear during induction period
