    Good learning curve but poor decision maker and environment
    The good thingsI have learned few audit skills working in this firm.
    The challengesPoor decision maker (partner), even during MCO didn't follow SOP which implemented by the government. Always promoted to outside how well and benefit working in these firm but when work inside was terrible. Firm should take care employees included their family's health and wealth, and not self-interest.

    The good thingsGood learning ground for first audit/accounting job starters, with complete exposure on unsophisticated audit works from A to Z as well as general soft skills.
    The challengesIntense politics despite small-sized firm have rendered high turnover of staffs over years, i.e., unhealthy relationship among colleagues/factions seemed to be knowingly spurred to further the firm's competitiveness at the expense of social harmony.
