    The good thingsOverall great experience working here. An organisation that is never satisfied with the present, always fighting to improve what we do.
    The challengesProgress is difficult to drive. People who want to just do their work on a daily basis and go home will struggle here.

    Terrible work experience.
    The good thingsFree snacks and nothing else.
    The challengesUnrealistic KPI, meeting oriented culture which is useless as their meetings 90% of the time do not require your input and could just as well have been summarized in an email or group chat. Claims they are a startup company yet they have expanded to a few countries and are running for around 10 years. Lets not forget the fact that they also suck at creating processes for their employees to follow. There's always a new change each month like the company doesn't know the direction it wants to go.

    The good things- Awesome co-workers - Great and underrated culture - Fast paced environment - Lots of self reflection and constant feedback - Focus on internal promotion rather than hiring outside - Leadership team is aligned one company's direction - Nice office - Multiple engagement activities - strong product and healthy company's key metrics

    Not a great experience
    The good thingsUsed to have great colleagues, great leaders but too bad those great people have already left the company for better life out there.
    The challengesThe values are not really what we thought, it is just to attract people joining the company. No trust, micromanaging, not being authentic, serve only profit not need, make employees' life difficult. Worklife balance is just a "slogan" in this company. Your manager will ensure asking you to do or complete something that actually they can do it during your off day and expect you to reply their messages within minutes. Those perks just something to cover up the insufficient of benefits provided by company. No hospitalisation leave, No OT, Dental benefit can't be used cause everything is not included in their enrolment. NO BONUS but you can see management team are using all luxury stuff such as gadgets that cost few months of your salary. Career growth is just applicable for people who willing to be YES MAN / bootlicker.

    The good thingsAlways have feedback from management team, as in performance review, daily training, assign task and position based on employee’s capacity, find out our weakness and provide proper & relevant training.
    The challengesIf you’re looking for some easy job, storehub will not be a good place for you. We are always looking for challenges task and assignment and improving our job skill.

    The good thingsOpen Concept Management Ideas and Innovation is always encouraged Generally very Flat organisation chart and communication channels are always open. Good support and encouragement for personal development. Is a company that you can say if you can do well here, you'll do well anywhere.

    The good thingsA very objective and performance driven company. No BS, no favouritism, rewards and recognition are fairly distributed. Wonderful environment and colleagues to work with. Leadership communicates a believable & logical vision and direction regularly.

    The good thingsGood environment for growth and development of skills. Positive environment with lots of perks and benefits, peoples are always helpful and ever ready to help. A place where hard work and efforts are rewarded. Rapid scale and 3X growth year on year.
    The challengesDefinitely not a place if one were to look for a repetitive 9-5 desk bound job as changes are swift and quick adaptions are required. Consistency in high level performance and self discipline are required.
