Those perks just something to cover up the insufficient of benefits provided by company.
No hospitalisation leave, No OT, Dental benefit can't be used cause everything is not included in their enrolment.
NO BONUS but you can see management team are using all luxury stuff such as gadgets that cost few months of your salary.
