    Beware of this company
    The good thingsAll that usual company working experience, nothing special.
    The challengesHigh turn over rate and rarely hiring new staff but even when they do, the newcomers will sure leaving the company. The management practicing chronic micromanagment. Decision making is terrible, keep changing direction. p/s: Trust the low review. The high review is being forced. This also applied at Google review when you search the company there.

    The good thingsThe people makes the company great. During my almost 3 years working here since my internship days, I have seen the management and project team working hand in hand on 4 projects, delivering their best in ensuring success of their clients. With a number of awards and recognition from their clients, it shows that the clients believe in them. While I saw many negative reviews, those mostly came from disgruntled individuals who were discontinued their probations due to performance. As for me and my fellow colleagues, we are celebrating our 2 years here soon, and we are happy to be here as a family, and a team.

    The good thingsGood colleagues, enjoy while it lasted because they will start to find newer job soon. Got MRT public transportation.
    The challengesChronic micromanagement from the company owner. Dare to say all admin/hr/finance personnel is only few months of working due to high turnover rate. Will work beyond the stipulated working hour. Probationer have 2 months notice period, think about that before accepting the offer.
