A good starter company
The good thingsFriendly coworker, knowledgeable and supportive.
The challengesWork balance with time. Since we do need to go to customer site for installation and service. Therefore we have to spend time on the road at 1-2 hours daily.

The challengesNo professor and no system even giving good salary and benefit. The high position staff from PCB designer, Material planner and Purchasing super aggressive to push the pcba output everyday but scary to touch and solve the machine, quality and manpower error. Alway forced to finished the duties from A to Z by alone and Hand mounting the chip on pcba as normal everyday due to machine error.

Stratus is expanding and business growth is exceeding goal expectation.
The good thingsEmployers is benchmarking with MNC companies' employee benefits and today's Stratus employees is enjoying at least 80%-85% of MNC employees benefits. However, Stratus is still consider as new company so the management team still need to improve on the management skills.
The challengesWe have quite a number of new hires and employees are not knowing each others. Management need to setup a company culture and get every employee has one mission and goal.

The challengesThe engineer, purchsing and material planner department always chase and forced for quantity without looking the SMT Machie capable and manpower arrangement. Always stressful and politician. No healthy working environment.
