    The good thingsFive working day and flexible working hours
    The challengesNo professor and no system even giving good salary and benefit. The high position staff from PCB designer, Material planner and Purchasing super aggressive to push the pcba output everyday but scary to touch and solve the machine, quality and manpower error. Alway forced to finished the duties from A to Z by alone and Hand mounting the chip on pcba as normal everyday due to machine error.

    The good thingsJust 5 working days. No need to work on weekend but may have it if urgent task/project. Can try demand for salary that you want if u lucky enough.
