    Good Environment but ridiculous management
    The good thingsEveryone is nice to to talk and having a conversation/discussion. You can even bring junk food to office and eat whenever you want and selling too.
    The challengesManagement is ridiculous to bring plan but never to make teamwork. Just scolding like old man and never bring example how to succeed the plan or project. Just bold give to below staff/operator and that's it. Management should improve and hiring better person.
