    The challengesCustomer communication brake down. Lack of information on up coming issues. Customer demand extra service or device that not in the contract. Need to educate customer on simple IT standard operation prosedur repeatly. Customer always want to skip prosedur to get what they want. Always getting in situation that need to be calm when all parties is pushing around the job.
