great experienceThe good thingsthe working environment and the productivity. job overflow is just accordingly and not too overwhelming. it gives me more experience and gain new friends. apart from that, i learnt few tricks and tips in managing the cashier and the food at the same time. i have improve my communication skill as well as being a people oriented. my confident level has increased. not only that, i managed to get to know people who gives impact in my work ethics and performance.
The challengessince i never work in food and beverage industry before, there are many things i have to learn in a short time. this is because many people will go in the restaurant to enjoy their meal and the learning process is slow. the customer will get irritated sometimes. therefore i have to push myself more to avoid this kind of things to happen. other than that, when being a cashier and also food attendant at the same time, i have to focus hard on the amount of money and given and taken and also the meal that are being ordered. this will reflect in my salary if the amount of money is not tally with the sales done for that certain day.
