If bad employees join the company, they can significantly impact overall performance and affect other good employees. HR maintains strict policies. So need to be very careful In attendance
I once worked with a bad team—a manager from Singapore and a graphic designer who was always sleeping. They only lasted three months. The hateful comment about resources came from one of them, as she was the only one who could write and speak the best English. Others not really well in English as far as I know and work with this company.
There is no purchasing because only boss do the job and IT manager hired in as I know in last 10 years
Don't believe everything you read. How can a company last for 16 years and still survive if it wasn't doing something right? There must be more to the story than we know

HRThank you for your review. We continuously strive to improve. However, your claim that we look down on every staff member is completely false. Our company follows a structured process, including probation and performance appraisals, and we highly value a positive and ethical work environment.
Additionally, we have not had any staff who started in May 2022 and worked for four years, as this timeframe overlaps with the COVID-19 period. We have been operating with a very small team, working closely together.

The challengesVery hot, no aircond. They have fans but half broken. Bosses always gives last minutes jobs. Need to do jobs unrelated to the job description.
HRThank you for your review. I'm sorry, but we have never hired an IT manager in the past 16 years. Your review is completely false. Some underperforming employees don't even make it past probation. Additionally, this claim is inaccurate because only a few people have worked here for more than five years, and you are not one of them.

Bad environment (aircond did not work&dirty because dont have cleaner) and super bad experience.
The good thingsNothing to enjoy. Please do not work here. Very stressful
The challengesNo medical allowance no bonus no increment, staff need to do all the work including all things that not related to your job description such cleaning the warehouse everyday, if not the bosses will blame all of the staff.

Not warehouse cleaning. Maintain cleanliness for your work area is one of the job description. Additionally, we have not had a purchasing department or staff for the past 15 years, as these responsibilities have been managed by our directors and CEO due to our small team.
