    LACKING OF GOOD MINDSET
    The good thingsThe university environment is GOOD, new campus, still developing but slow, if you have connection with management, then you can easily apply any job
    The challengesMindset of management is still LACKING, they hardly listen to opinions because of their postion. Don't ever try HELPING to DEVELOP the university because management would reject your ideas and opinions.
