Plus, my supervisor believes in my ability to conduct certain tasks alone. My entire experience working there has made me become independent.
The challengesWorks that needed to be done fast and done right. Perhaps a little more guidance and closure with the interns would be nice. The lack of guidance sometimes made me do a mistake. You work as a workman, not as an intern. I could say its a good thing because we need to have training that could make us flexible.
