    The good thingsThe people are good, helpful and nice.
    The challengesLack of strategy and direction. Poor leadership. Unable to articulate product strategy leading to poor market positioning. Poor sales strategy targeting wrong market segment leading to high customer attrition. Poor leadership in grooming and retaining good employees. Too much nepotism.
