A great learning experience with supportive people and room for better structure.
The good thingsSupportive colleagues and a positive working environment made it easy to learn, while I gained valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real tasks in the industry.
The challengesSome tasks lacked clear guidance at times, and there could be more structured training or better communication to help interns adapt faster.
