Good experience but can't progress far for meThe good thingsFlexible working hours and environment. You are able to work from home.
You do get yearly increment and bonus which is alright, is not high but acceptable.
The challengesDepending on which department you are in, when I was working in post production department, I had to handle two projects which is difficult as a implementation engineer as lack of staff. Have to monitor, fix, check and update the servers and issues. Which also include support for midnight deployment. Different country project which means public holiday also may need to work. If you are software developer, you have to learn their own proprietary software which is challenging as many things you cannot Google.
