    Good experience but can't progress far for me
    The good thingsFlexible working hours and environment. You are able to work from home. You do get yearly increment and bonus which is alright, is not high but acceptable.
    The challengesDepending on which department you are in, when I was working in post production department, I had to handle two projects which is difficult as a implementation engineer as lack of staff. Have to monitor, fix, check and update the servers and issues. Which also include support for midnight deployment. Different country project which means public holiday also may need to work. If you are software developer, you have to learn their own proprietary software which is challenging as many things you cannot Google.

    A good place to start your career in Fintech
    The good thingsGot an offer from this place when there is no other employer trusting my little years of experience in the role and able to prove myself. As the company structure is still not rock solid yet, I am able to explore different functions in the company.
    The challengesTo switch to interact in Mandarin with colleagues from the English/Malay environment that I have been used to. But it takes no time for you to get used to it as your interaction with them gets more frequent.
