    The good thingsThe working environment is supportive and the team members are helpful. I gained valuable experience and practical skills while working here. The company also provides opportunities to learn and improve technical knowledge.
    The challengesWorkload and scheduling could be improved to ensure better work-life balance. Communication between departments can also be enhanced for smoother operations.

    best way to gain experience, or first job.
    The good thingsthis company handle staff welfare really well, providing free meal daily, with meal card for executive , also there is a lot of training provide for staff , for example hosting training , emergency evacuation training , safety training . not only that this company also provide medical card for all full-time staff, with 2 days off in a week .
    The challengesin term of rules that HR has provided to all of the team members. Some of the rules does't seems had been issued to any of the higher management. It gave a bad point of view among the staff (non-executive)

    The good thingsWorking with a good team is the best and this property do have a good front office team which have given me chances to extend my knowledge by basis in hotel services. All from the Manager to the staff of front office is on TOP! Will recommend to any new experience person who interested in learning front office service provider in hotel, and they will ensure the staff to have a standard in PMS system.

Moreover, the cafeteria food is really tasteful and every employee enjoy the food. its was a great experience when talking with the client in phone call.

    The good thingsThe benefits offered don't just evolved the hotel itself but the entire Sunway Group of Companies. Eg. hotel staff can also enjoy discounts at Sunway Pyramid Malls, purchase of property, hospital bills for immediate family, themepark and lots more. At Sunway Resort, all staff are given free haircuts. Recreational activities are organized every month. Birthday bash for all staff are organized every 3 months. Rewards are also given to Best Employee.
    The challengesbusy, it is always busy. Managing a reservation dept with capacity of 900+ rooms, should there be 1 staff down, the operation will be affected. but as a manager, i learnt how to manage it amicably by distributing the task accordingly. The challenges at my dept were not that serious compared to other depts like Front office and Housekeeping which frequently facing staff turnover.
