    Health and mental health were affected and resign even without any back up plan. How bad it is.
    The good thingsNONE. Nothing are good there except can get staff discount at O brien and medical coverage
    The challengesToxic working environment. Messy organization and a very poor leadership and management from the Head and management. No team works. Favoritism is the practice; the one can do work were slump by all unnecessary job scope but the non performing is the one got promoted. No career development. High offer that are not worth at all because basically you must work more than the working hours . HOD not functioning at all even one to one session made. Indecisive and no direction. Basically you got lost from the moment you enter the premise on day one and HR there, I would say what are they doing as none of them work like professional and doubting their expertise and competency to take care of staffs benefit. Messy to the max!

    The good thingsYou can learn a great deal when guided by a strong mentor and leader.
    The challengesExperiences may vary depending on the department. At times, promotions may not fully reflect individual competency or performance. There has also been a relatively high turnover rate (estimated at 20–30% annually), particularly following bonus periods. Maintaining professionalism and discretion in workplace interactions is advisable.

    TOXIC AND JUST VERY HORRIBLE. No one should go through that.
    The good thingsNone honestly none, people will say the benefits but benefits isn't worth it with that amount of stress.
    The challengesThe work flow is horrible absolutely horrible, the staff that works there...most of them are like toxic, looks like they are helping you but they ain't...if you are new just be careful of two faces colleagues...they even can openly behave like animals Infront of patients and still they are kept there and not fired. Not just your physical health will be in harm but your mental health and wellbeing too. POLITICS environment just like what all the other reviewer said and FAVOURITISM. Just very TOXIC in general.

    The good thingsThe only positive aspect was the contractual bonus
    The challengesChallenges I faced: 1. Uncompensated overtime – Expected as part of 'performance.' 2. Pay disparity – Significant gaps between employees in similar roles. 3. Management culture – Even well-intentioned leaders struggled to improve conditions due to top-down policies.

    The good thingsLucky me found a very kind doctor and good friends at the dept.
    The challengesNot much to say, high salary and more benefits is more focus for executive level only. For non executive level is not like you hear from the rumors. The manager also not fair to the staff and doesn't care about the staff.

    Can gain lots of experience but the working environment is less flavourable for mental health with restrictions in career development

    The challengesPolitics are all over, lacking of team spirit, minimal to none work-life balance as need to work overtime most of the time (no OT claims), don't have time to go for training as there's no backup employees, lacking of financial support for career development

    The good thingsTraffic Jam in Sunway Medical Centre, Drink coffee at Starbucks and Coffee Bean. Year end bonus, Special Bonus, No Annual Dinner, Parking own expenses
    The challengesEverything want fast, change decision also fast. Immediate superior always ask your free weekend to fill up with work (it a obligation- No OT). Too stressful handle user, stressful vendor ,too many new system,overload working, nagging immediate superior, too many company requirement, Short man power- One job need to cover whole operation hospital
