    The good thingsYou can learn a great deal when guided by a strong mentor and leader.

    TOXIC AND JUST VERY HORRIBLE. No one should go through that.
    The good thingsNone honestly none, people will say the benefits but benefits isn't worth it with that amount of stress.
    The challengesThe work flow is horrible absolutely horrible, the staff that works there...most of them are like toxic, looks like they are helping you but they ain't...if you are new just be careful of two faces colleagues...they even can openly behave like animals Infront of patients and still they are kept there and not fired. Not just your physical health will be in harm but your mental health and wellbeing too. POLITICS environment just like what all the other reviewer said and FAVOURITISM. Just very TOXIC in general.

    The challengesChallenges I faced: 1. Uncompensated overtime – Expected as part of 'performance.' 2. Pay disparity – Significant gaps between employees in similar roles. 3. Management culture – Even well-intentioned leaders struggled to improve conditions due to top-down policies.

    The challengesNot much to say, high salary and more benefits is more focus for executive level only. For non executive level is not like you hear from the rumors. The manager also not fair to the staff and doesn't care about the staff.

    Conducive and comfortable environment to work in, great place to learn, but with horrible work culture
    The good thingsMajority of staffs are excellent in what they do, including pharmacists and pharm techs. The stress and workload force you out of your comfort zone and you are always learning and developing yourself. Staff benefits are great and you are not required to work on Sundays and public holidays.
    The challengesManagement is unsupportive and thinks they know best when they don't. Always implementing new rules without asking for the team's opinions. Staffs who work from the ground understand the operation and its challenges the best but discussions are rare and always one-sided. Conflicts are frequent between pharmacy and physicians/nursing team but the management is never on our side, even when we are not wrong. It is okay to stay on at work longer because it is inevitable to chase after deadlines or handle unforeseen circumstances. But superiors see that as a mere obligation and even expect you to reply their queries after 9pm. The toxic work culture is what demotivates the staffs, not the workload.
