    The good thingsFirst of all, I had learn general knowledge about renovation. Then , communication and listen to anyone with piece of mind.
    The challengesCommunicate with management is huge challenging as there are someone won't be polite to subordinate and customer, even scold when you query him. As an illustration, to keep customer satisfaction, we had to keep follow up the process of tile delivery incase logistic missed out or sudden unable to deliver due to lorry schedule. However, there are special schedule for him own customer instead of first come first serve. Second , work life balance is difficult because limited offday and handle those customer who persist you back office to settle him.
