    A positive and supportive company with a strong sense of teamwork and employee engagement.
    The good thingsI have been with the company since 2023, and my overall experience has been positive. The Top Management is supportive, understanding, and considerate, especially towards employees’ situations. The working environment is friendly and engaging. The company organizes activities such as Annual Dinner, achievement celebrations, team building, and CSR programs, which help strengthen teamwork and employee engagement. The relationship among staff is close and supportive, creating a family-like atmosphere at the workplace.
    The challengesThere are opportunities to improve in areas such as communication flow and information sharing across departments to support smoother work processes. Work demands can sometimes be high, especially with tight timelines or last-minute tasks, which may require better planning and coordination. Enhancing work-life balance initiatives and streamlining processes could further improve overall employee experience.

    The good thingsDirectors - Finance & Technical & MD are awesome, they really help staffs in develop skills Luncheon provided Office ambiance good
    The challengesSenior top management not easy to work with - very stingy to share data or info so u can't do your report so end up not proper end for reporting Senior managers like to yell and act pandai but good in taichi work to lower rank staff LOW increment and not easy to climb rank Meeting in these company like never ending - 10.30am till 4.30pm and same matters arising not settle Japanese culture - morning TAISO, 1 minute late need to bring form for bosses to sign, non stop gemba n committee attendance Local Culture - last minute task n need to follow and extra working hrs not able to claim HR department the most siao

    Just try maybe lucky
    The good thingsTeam is good but most junior exec with many years not getting promoted, lunch provided
    The challengesSalary is too low compared to other companies in the same industry. Yearly salary increase is very small, even when you work hard. Workload is too heavy. Sometimes doing tasks from other departments too. Some managers push their work to others without solving the problem themselves. Hard to get promoted unless you’ve worked there a long time, even if you do a good job.

    The good thingsEmployer - very good, less pressure Very nice working environment, people are friendly. Resigned staff mostly will join back.
    The challengesExcessive overtime by non exec staff (very costly) but okay for factory workers (as they involved with production). Sometime too long meetings.

    The good thingsall staff are willing to help and friendly especially the receptionist.
    The challengeswe need to adapt their environment and know how o receive direct conversation.
