Poor experience bossesThe good thingsNothing else,just doing routine work like telemarketing,looking for sales outside,sales blitz,promoting hotel at 5 branch. I love meeting a new people and doing sales but, when they come to our hotel, there are a lot of complaints need to be handle as our hotel management doesn't want to change or repair the furniture.
The challengesNeed to change and repaint buildings. Very tired to handle guests complaint as we don't have enough & well trained staff. Did suggest to Management to hire and train new staff very well especially housekeeping, kitchen, F&B, and front desk, but still no action taken. During shortage of staff, sales people need to come down to assist F&B and housekeeping department,sometimes till late night especially weekend.
