    Bittersweet experience
    The good thingsIt has a good environment to work with and have a lot of friendly colleagues. Staff benefit such as low price rate compared to normal rate for any of the destinations offered. Learn alot eventhough for only a few months.
    The challengesThe salary offered is too low. The company do not have a proper SOP where everything are very disorganized. Office politics Not many staff benefits and perks offered. Always have to work OT but the pay rate for it is very low.

    Best part time job experience
    The good thingsMeeting with alot of people around the globe,very nice chalet and accomodation. Working environment is okay for me, eventhough its my first time working,i enjoy everything i learned from this company. Never thought i can cope with this job and gain so much skills i would need to survive later.
    The challengesshift hours, early in the morning till late night, its tiring and we can only take reccess whenever there is no client, adjusting with new department(restaurant). new member, new manager especially from outside Sabah,they have to adjust with our culture and lifestyle and our dialect of course.
