    The challenges-Limited break time, toilet time also limited -ONLY 10 DAYS AL NO PUBLIC HOLIDAY -Cannot bring phone into workplace, PHONE ONLY CAN PUT LOCKER, if you have emergency, good luck -No Job security, easily fired people with excuses, VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE -MANAGEMENT is bad, always mention want to improve, in reality there is no improvement. -WFH IS A SCAM , WILL KEEP DRAG YOU VERY LONG N DONT LET YOU WFH

    No Career Growth, Terrible Management
    The good thingsLearn new things,friendly staff, facilities is ok.
    The challengesNot a clear distribution of work, work over load,no back up, if you like to work you will be burden by your colleague work that don't like to work, management is terrible, salary dispute every month. Even your annual leave is approved you will be considered as absent and salary will be deducted. Company don't care about how to groom staff.

    Losing Next Career because of Bad, Low, Slow and Weak Management
    The good thingsMulticultural working environment that can communicate with other employee from other countries. Beside that company has nice staff and guard who always smile when we start to work every day
    The challengesYou need to think million times if you want to work for BPO. Company will pay you high salary but once you’re bound by the contract, it’s very hard to have work life balance and keep working under pressure. Termination will lead to employee who didn’t success in one certain program with no option and no appropriate reason. Company doesn’t know how to manage people and providing the best working environment for their employee. They didn’t know how to treat each employee equally, even after the employee already cut-off, they didn’t care or response how to release the employee so that he/she can join new employer immediately. Even they let the employee think by him/herself without any guidance. The worst thing, company didn’t pay reimbursement of visa’s fee and flight ticket as they offered before.

    The good thingsSutherland Malaysia was good at motivating employees on the reasons to work there but practically nothing was done to ensure that the employees are happy. There are slightly good chances in opportunities for career growth.
    The challengesThere are many challenges in working for this company. The management for certain projects in Malaysia was bad at handling the team. They intend to use favoritism and make many other employees feel worthless. The support team is always unreliable and they tend to choose lazy people to become their leads.

    a great learning experienced for a first timer like me but need to improve their management
    The good thingsi have learn new things here mostly on my own with help from a few seniors and a good new working experience and manage to excel to one of the top performer.
    The challengesthe management needs to improve as staff have been working hard 10 hours per day especially on festive season. schedule management is poor and communication within the management as well. The managers seems not qualified to manage their own team always taking easy way out without considering their staff efforts

    The good thingsA fun working environment with a diverse group of colleagues with different skill sets, backgrounds, values, and interests. Strong security system in protecting client’s data and information.
    The challengesPoor decision making and unfair treatment of terminating an employee (Top performer) who alleged the first instance of misconduct issue. The company decided not to give an opportunity nor first warning and forcing the said employee to sign off the Termination Letter (employee first job and no experience about the procedure policy).

    Shift schedule changes rapidly, transferred to different departments suddenly, ended up in mass termination
    The good thingsFor non Malaysians, they promptly provide your working visa and independent visa for your family. The pay is above average.
    The challengesLow morale of employees in particular department. Shift schedule is unpredictable. Around 100 people were ended up terminated.
