    The good thingsMy company take a good care of all staff by provide medical insurance by AIA. Provide me a room for working. All the top management understand what is the need for all staff like meal during overtime work and transportation for those travel by bus which is off service after overtime work done. All staff is friendly and helpful.
    The challengesThere is a suggestion in my mind. Company can organize yearly dinner as a give to all staff who is really helpful on the company performance revenue. and add on the lucky draw. Company also can arrange for house loan for those who work more than 5 years. Staff will be granted upgrade in term of salary stage for those who work more than 5 years.
