It's not perfect but overall it's a great place to work
The good thingsGreat opportunity to learn new technology and standards. Reasonable bonuses and good increment. Weekly and monthly activities/initiatives to get the staffs together.
The challengesAs with most sizeable MNCs, office politics do exists but it's still under control. Some tough/difficult characters here and there but that is to be expected for a company that has been around for more than 25 years.

    I like the company culture
The good thingsTravel opportunities to local and overseas customer sites, can learn a lot if you are ready to take up the challenge, sometimes will have multiple tasks being assigned but it all depends on your task management and time management. Some seniors can be rude but the majority are friendly. Heard they started practicing hybrid working arrangements.
The challengesTraining is provided but most of the time have to self-learn and ask, don't expect training hands-in-hand. The support department can be hectic because not only pure support but you also have to do development when the customers have new change requests.

The best place for you if you are looking to live with TERRIBLE life quality
The good thingsIt's worth saying that you will work with a branch of friendly colleagues, leads that will listen, birthday leaves, opportunity to travel oversea and there are benefits like employees can claim for spectacles etc
The challengesThere is no work-life balance here! As a support engineer here, there's some time that we have to stand by so clients are able to reach out to us while they are having an issue, and this is a terrible thing. Let's imagine that you have to standby for 24/7, and even if you are sleeping, driving, or watching a movie at the weekend when the client calls, then you have to work no matter how. Let's imagine mental health and physical health condition because of this, it's hard to have quality time with families and me time. The salary is average for a support engineer role, but the job scope is not only dealing with the client, also includes deployment, QA, documentation etc. The good thing is you will learn a lot, but the pay is too little for this high-pressure job scope.

    Be aware of office politics
The good thingsCompetitive benefits and perks. Friendly co-worker.
The challengesLeaders intentionally withholding important information. Being hash to the employees that leaders are not liking. Very old-schooled minded company and the worst is employees are encouraged to follow leaders mood and mindset only. As an employee you are unable to speak out your concern even when performance appraisal also being done via your leader only and not having a session with employees.
