Good people and staff.

The good thingsFlexible hour and easy to apply leave when emergency.A half day leave is allowed.Good Management role and the boss easy to meet when the time is needed.The HR of this company act well,and the staff are well managed by rules and procedure of this company.

The challengesThe Container Unloading and store check.The hydrostatic test some time can be difficult because of the conditions of the air-compressor tank.Sometime the DOSH check the health and the safety of the factory.
