    The good thingsGood staff but lack of experience need pay a lot of effort to teaching. all department staff are helpful.
    The challengesMy boss always playing phone games and keep declare he is very BUSY and always TALK management. High turn over for each department due managerial no appreciation for PIC who do the job, especially NPI site 2.

    The good thingsGood platform for fresh graduates to gain experience in own department and other departments as well.
    The challengesManagement need to appreciate their staff efforts by giving increment and bonus which satisfy the employee. Other than that, must consider to give more benefits to staff and general workers.

    The challengesThe only challenge is your own and related department. How you going to make production running smooth and how you going to deal with your customer. You have to face many obstacles to reach the destination. Its depend on you. You going to Give Up or Deal with it.

    The good thingsThe engineer there are willing to teach and there are a lot of things that I can learn from the company. Even the senior manager is easy to approach. I can't stay long there due to personal matters, but overall, it's all good.
    The challengesProbably due to the higher ups would rather to blame anybody instead of listen. But then again, It was pretty much the same in everywhere,right? It is a fast-paced company after all, what can you expect? And even if there are 'bad things' that happens in here,probably wants to make you able to be better so that when you face even stronger challenges in the future,you will be prepared for the better or worst.

    The challengesThe challenges are time. It is very being challenges for family people. Most of the time will fill with work even though on your weekend. Yeah, sometimes you need to sacrifice your time for your family happiness but only sometimes. Not every time. Make sure you arrange your time accordingly. Try to balance it with you life.

    The good thingsmy colleagues is friendly and ready to help and assist me. the staffs are also friendly except some bosses have some looks on his face that i own this company so you better know your place . haha . good for fresh graduates to gain experiences because you need to do and learn lot of things
    The challengesif technically not quite much.. it is more on the system how they arrange work time for employees is not very please able , also they don't know how to take care of they senior employees. also the benefits is none to list here.
