    Good company, Comfortable working environment
    The good thingsGood staff but lack of experience need pay a lot of effort to teaching. all department staff are helpful.
    The challengesMy boss always playing phone games and keep declare he is very BUSY and always TALK management. High turn over for each department due managerial no appreciation for PIC who do the job, especially NPI site 2.

    Good for a fresh graduate to learn
    The good thingsGive fresh graduate chance to build a career. Since many company nowadays seek for an experience worker, this place can be a good platform to start your career. The thing is you willing to learn and absorb any challenge.
    The challengesThis company is pretty stressful with full of workload. You will not have time with your family and friend since the production here is running full swing and need your full support for the smooth production.
